I would give more than 5 stars if it was possible. My apt had a mice problem and nothing I did resolved the problem. Not even a previous exterminator I hired. When I called Sans Nuisibles, the receptionist was incredibly nice and did her best to give me an appointment immediately. Monsieur Foued came the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. He closed all the holes that the mice used to get into the apartment. He was very confident that I would not see another mouse again and he was right. He was also very nice and put my mind at ease. Foued was amazing!!! He did everything very fast and went above and beyond by helping us get something sticky off the floor. He took everything apart in my bathroom to ensure the rats would not come back and he had me verify his work before he left. He was very nice.

It can be deeply uncomfortable to discover cockroaches in your apartment, but this service was superb at efficiently exterminating them and putting me at ease. I called on Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon Mr Mortadha successfully completed the job. Different options were presented and each was very fairly priced. Mr Mortadha was punctual and did a perfect job, he was reassuring, extensive, and very professional, he shared instructions and responded to my all queries before and after, I cannot thank him enough. Monsieur Mortadha is amazing! He came the same day to deal with an ongoing nightmare of a mouse infestation in my apartment. I have had 2 exterminators now, this is by far the best and most professional. The whole apartment is checked and all possible holes/entry points are filled, traps are left out.
